STARTERS

Fig, pear, walnut and stilton warm roast salad

Celeriac, pancetta and thyme soup, served with thick Lawlor’s bread and butter

Creamy garlic wild mushrooms, truffle and fois gras on toast

Crispy scallops, cauliflower puree and katsu curry, pan-fried brussel sprout leaves

Venison tartare, toasted country bread, garden salad

 MAINS

Roast turkey breast, pigs in blankets, goose fat potatoes, chestnut brussels, cauliflower cheese, roast carrots and parsnips, rich gravy

Pink carved venison haunch, parsnip four ways: puree, dauphinoise, honey roasted and crisp, heritage carrots, fresh redcurrants, asparagus, port jus

Pan-fried tronçon of turbot, buttered asparagus, roast new potatoes, bernaise sauce

Root vegetable tarte tatin, roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese

8oz French cut rump steak, triple cooked chips, rocket and parmesan salad, Diane sauce.
